However, colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Please refer to size charts for accurate measurements.

All items are subject to availability. We may limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.

Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, though this won’t affect confirmed orders.

3. Orders & Payment

3.1 Order Process

Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept when we send an order confirmation email. We carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days.

You authorize us to charge the full amount to your selected payment method.

3.3 Shipping

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian and remote regions. Options include:

• Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): $12.95 flat rate, delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping (EMS): For orders over $50, delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

International customers may be responsible for customs fees. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Returns & Exchanges

4.1 Return Policy

We stand behind our premium casualwear with a 15-day return policy from delivery date. Requirements:

• Original tags attached (like our Easy Drawcord waistbands)
• Items unworn, unwashed, in original packaging
• Proof of purchase provided

4.2 Final Sale Items

Cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Beach Club seasonal collections
• Customized Button Ups

4.3 Return Process

Follow our 3-step process:

2. Package items carefully with original tags and packaging

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

4.4 Refunds

Processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
